South Beach Kings Promenade Hotel

The hotel was in a good location

We booked three rooms, one of the rooms had bed bugs in we were offered a new room however did not want to stay in this then. The staff said it was a wood lice however there was more than one on the bed and we took photos. As a result the hotel would not offer a refund for the one room.

Excellent location local to all attractions. Warm welcome from Sarah, who also made some great recommendations for places to eat.

Front of hotel had a lot of clutter (mostly wood) but found out that's due to renovations so won't be long term. Some of the other guests were very inconsiderate at night with noise but that's not really the fault of the hotel.

Clean and tidy. Close to all amenities

Great location right opposite the beach, lady on the desk was absolutely lovely. Shared bathroom was spotless. Cheap hotel

Room was uncomfortably warm, cleanliness was okay in the room but not the best but you get what you pay for and the room was cheap

Lovely location lovely big spacious family room, only thing I would say is the heating was on and I struggled to sleep because it was so hot other then that lovely stay, also bar or nothing was open but that didn't affect our stay at all

The sea view

The room was far too hot. Windows were open but obviously it is Blackpool so was noisy, which Cant be helped.

Nothing

The rooms stunk of baby shit. No lifts. £60 demanded at entry but nothing said on the booking.

The location was perfect and very clean

I can’t think of anything to fault about the property
