"Great experience"

Stayed in a western room with a private bath. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Lots of amenities and extras provided. Staff were really helpful and friendly. 20 minute walk from yumoto station, but this is mainly uphill to the hotel. Games room and karaoke available on site.

Could do with a little updating, carpet on stairs is a little work etc Buffet for dinner is a little pricey in comparison to rating at local restaurants.

大人数の家族で食事温泉を楽しめた

夕食のバイキングブュッフェ内の床が濡れていることに気づかず、滑って転んだ。 スリッパだと滑る旨の案内がほしかった。 スタッフは床が濡れていることのみの対応しかしなかった。

Grande chambre avec partie européenne et partie japonaise (tatami et futon). Deux onsen différents. Beau buffet de petit-déjeuner, très varié. Un restaurant à la carte en plus.

Mobilier et couloirs un peu vieillots.

El entorno de Hakone es precioso. Las vistas desde la azotea son espectaculares y la experiencia del onsen ha sido de mis favoritas del viaje a Japón.

A pesar de estar equipada con todo lo necesario, el baño de la habitación es algo antiguo.
