The location was perfect for our needs. Bed was very comfortable and the room & bathroom was very clean and tidy. Communication with owner - excellent. Very good value for a nights stay. We had pizza delivered from the menu brochure that was in in the information folder in the room and it was delivered very quickly and it was very nice.

Unfortunately - the air conditioner was noisy as was the fridge when it came on and off. Turned off the aircon and the room got very stuffy. We are just used to quiet sleeping conditions coming from rural Victoria so that didn't help. There was a microwave and toaster in the room, but no crockery or cutlery that we could see other than glasses for water, cups & teaspoons for tea and coffee.
