Very comfortable beds. Close to Monash sports centre. The phone call from a nice man prior to our stay.

No crockery or cutlery even after asking 3x over phone. Noisy people outside laughing and loud conversations after 10pm. At 1.35am someone left and thought it a great idea to toot their horn to say goodbye. Not great for those trying to sleep. As no cutlery or crockery for microwave meals used mugs and teaspoons to eat with, including spreading jam on toast. I even left a message on the emergency number as nobody got back to me on Friday or Saturday during office hours. It was Sunday lunchtime I finally got a call back from reception asking if we still needed cutlery and crockery. I said, ‘no thanks, we left at 9 this morning.’

Ants on the wall in the bathroom and kitchen area. No hot plate in the kitchen, only microwave and electric frypan.
