Room as advertised, small kitchen and very clean. Good TV, quiet neighbours. A bit of traffic noise from the road but overall transparent in listing.

Bed was on wheels and moved around constantly. There were little sticky notes all over the room with passive aggressive notes about turning lights off and doing dishes.

There was no breakfast offered

That we had to walk up stairs,unfortunately I didn't ask if the room was on grnd floor or not and we are both elderley and had difficulty navigating the stairs safely
