La ubicación y amabilidad del personal, su disposición a ayudarnos en cualquier necesidad. La decoración y silencio en las noches. La habitación tenia lo necesario.

Todo estuvo excelente, supongo que un punto a mejorar sería la variedad en el desayuno; pero en general era muy rico y suficiente.

We had a very comfortable stay, at a very convenient location. The shower had high pressure warm water and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast had freshly made eggs and omelettes but things on the buffet counter didn't seem very fresh. The cheese slices were dry and so was the ham. The yogurt also had a funny smell.

Localización muy céntrica. Personal muy amable y colaborador. Nos han guardado el equipaje hasta que volvamos del salkantay trek sin problema.

Great location. Has a traditional vibe to it. The rooms are well appointed and clean. The beds are super comfy. I really enjoyed staying there. It was a nice break from some of the larger hotels. I would definitely stay there again

Would have been nice to come back from a day of touring and sat and had a drink in the dining area. Purchase of wine or beer not available
