Personnel très accueillant et très attentif avec une mention spéciale pour Alexander ! Emplacement idéal, en plein cœur historique et à deux pas des très bons restaurants de Cuzco

L'insonorisation des chambres est inexistante...donc on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le hall. Et en plus, la musique démarre dès 6h30 du matin...intolérable! Et malgré une remarque à la réception...le lendemain bis repetita Du coup, le rapport qualité prix n'y est pas

I stayed here for 5 nights, and I am very happy that I did! Great location, so close to Plaza de Armas and other nearby restaurants, shops, etc. Staff are super friendly, whether it is the daytime or nighttime staff. The room itself was comfortable with the beds and strong, hot showers. Breakfast was good as well, with fresh scrambled eggs available if you wanted, and a variety of food such as cereal, yogurt, fruit, etc. When I had to leave early at 3 am, staff had breakfast ready (just tell them 1 day before). I would stay here agian!

Big rooms, very centrally located near the main square in Cusco, friendly staff. The room was also cleaned everyday to a very high standard.

Poor breakfast with very limited choices.
