Property Notes

Some rooms, bathrooms and elevators are suitable for disabled guests, while the swimming pools are not wheelchair accessible. The private beach is suitable for disabled guests but it is located at the end of a steep street. It is also accessible via a staircase or a free shuttle service, available from 01 June until 15 September, at scheduled times. Parasols and sun loungers in the rows closer to the water come at extra charge and upon availability. The swimming pools are available from 15 April until 15 October. Beach service is available from 1 May until 30 September. The beach is available from check-in day to the day before check-out. A deposit may be required at the property.

la jolie vue et l'amabilité , la compétence du personnel. La piscine était parfaite ainsi que le petit lunch de midi.

Ett underbart hotel med fantastisk mat. Fint poolområde och en vidunderlig utsikt från hotellet. Promenadavstånd till beachen och staden med många butiker och restauranger. Vänlig och hjälpsam personal.

Super Aussicht. Nah am Strand. Restaurant Bar vorhanden

Nah an sehr befahrener Strasse. Sehr laut, auch nachts. Fenster am besten zulassen! Weg zum Strand mit Kinder unbequem, da Strassenübergang und enge Treppen

"erholsamer Urlaub am Meer"

Erhöhte Lage, dadurch eine tolle Aussicht auf Diano Marina, wenn man Meersicht gebucht hat. Weil das Hotel an erhöhter Lage ist, gibt es einen Hotel-Shuttle zum Strand, leider aber nur zu bestimmten Zeiten. Eigener, sauberer Hotel-Strand, mit Dusche und Umkleidekabinen und WC, aber leider viel zu eng gestuhlt, Privatspäre ist so nicht gegeben! Durch die erhöhte Lage hat man am Morgen aber auch "ein bisschen" Verkehrslärm von der Strasse "unten". Die Zimmer waren immer sauber, feine Dusch und Körperlotions im Zimmer, leider aber auch auch sehr beengtes Bad (Hotel hat 4*) mit Dusche und WC. Genügend Gratis Parkplätze vorhanden, Gratis E-Bike's in gutem Zustand.

Leider halt auch einiges; auf dem eigentlich, kurzen Weg vom Hotel zum Strand sind die Treppen vom Hotel zum Strand sehr schlecht gewartet, in der Nacht schlecht beleuchtet & mit Baustelle und z.Teil schmudelig (kein Witz, wir sind Ratten begegnet ),...gefährliche Strassenüberquerung ohne Fussgängerstreifen! Essen durfte man nur leider im Speisesaal und nicht auf der hervorragend, schönen Terrasse mit Superausblick auf Diano Marina. Auf meine Anfrage draussen Essen zu dürfen hat mir einer der Kellner unwirsch das verneint....es ginge auch freundlicher!...Im Speisesaal, gucken "einem 4 Kellner beim essen zu", was so vllt, nicht gerade stimmt, aber wir haben uns unwohl gefühlt, wenn alle verfügbaren Kellner (4 Stk.) in unserer Tischnähe unbeschäftigt "rumstehen", das Essen war sehr fein, am Abend verschiedene Gänge mit Auswahlmöglichkeiten, leider wurde aber wurde viel zu schnell serviert 19:30h - 20:30h, um 20:45h wurden bereits die Tische "unsensibel laut" abgeräumt und aufgetischt für Frühstück am nächsten Morgen (es war ein ungemütlich so), deshalb haben wir dann immer im Städtchen in versch. kleinen Restaurants gemütlich gegessen. Was Freundlichkeit zu Gästen heisst, wissen leider nicht alle Angestellten des Hotels, wir haben positiv motivierte und leider auch andere erlebt....
