Nice & calm surroundings . Pool area was great with nice lunch area . View from sea view room was beautiful

I give the hotel the best recommendations. The staff is helpful, polite and very helpful. You almost feel at home and the staff is always attentive to you. We have been coming to the hotel for several years precisely because here we get the best holiday experience.

In a nutshell - all the staff are favolosi!! Before coming to Diano Marina, I was looking for a cosy and family oriented place and voila - it has everything - class, tidiness, elegant dinner and great service and most importantly you feel like home only better - with a view to the sea:)) i love family hotels and this one is amazing, I cannot wait to come back to this hotel, in fact, I would love to stay there forever!!:) thanks again for all the hospitality and warm stay!! Enticed by the photos on the website, which must have been taken by David Bailey and ‘Beach Front’ location we booked for a couple of nights. There was a shuttle bus to the beach which was welcome. The hotel is clean and staff friendly ish. We seemed to have booked a German pensioners conference as we were the youngest by a long way and we are middle aged. Despite having a recent upgrade the hotel is still tired and has the feel of a 1980’s Spanish package tour hotel. Autonomous and Soulless, especially the restaurant. Not impressed with a couple of sneaky charges for bottled water in your room and beach towels, not what you’d expect given the cost per night. The room was clean and compact with fabulous air con, which seems to be a rarity in Italy. However the thin walls meant it was noisy and it seemed our neighbours the room above were having an aerobics class at 6.30am. The knock on the door from housekeeping at 8.30am was also unwelcome., maybe it’s because of the surprisingly early check out time of 10am? On a positive note, the parking was free.

très bel hôtel, très bon accueil, chambre très propre. proche du centre de la ville à pied. c'est sur, on reviendra.
