"Great hostel, staff, and best views of the city! "

10.0

We had an amazing stay at this hostel. I have stayed in many hostels and this was the best yet. The location was perfect, just up the street from Plaza Nueva, and La Alhambra was just up the road from there! The staff was so friendly, and even though we were about 6 hours early for check in, they gave us tea and let us leave our luggage while we explored the town. The man running the hostel brought up fresh brewed tea every morning! He even helped us to print some last minute things. Make sure you check out the rooftop terrace, it is full of beautiful flowers and the best views of the city. I WOULD STAY HERE JUST FOR THE ROOFTOP VIEWS. Next time I'm in Granada, I will stay here again, with no hesitation.

"Calm yet central"

8.0

Had a nice stay here with my friend. It's situated pretty close to a lot of the main attractions of Granada and the receptionist provided us with maps. The free wifi had a really good connection, and the hairdryer was convenient too. There was nowhere to wash clothes or cook (although there is no reason to believe there is from the website) - but this wasn't a problem as there is no shortage of cheerful tapas restaurants nearby and the receptionist (who was very helpful and friendly) told us where the nearest laundrette was. The cleaning staff and receptionist brought some infusions in everyday. The place seemed pretty clean, bathroom smelled a little strange and the room was on the small side but all in all it was a really nice place. Thanks for everything, we had a great time!

"Hidden gem in Granada, great location with terrace"

8.0

I stayed with my 2 daughter in Granada for 2 night at Apartamentos Venecia in the apartment on the top floor with private bathroom and room for 4 and we all loved it! I was only 3 of us, I guess probably a little tight for 4 but Granada is so beautiful that you don’t spend much time inside. Great private terrace with a fabulous views of the Alhambra and old roof tops, great place with atmosphere to chill out with a drink, a bite or have memorable breakfasts with a view, as we did. What a way to start or finish the day in this magic city. A great location to walk into centre, Albayzin and the Alhambra. All you need for a comfortable stay with rustic feel at an affordable price. No 5 star immaculate place but an authentic hidden gem in a quiet back street square, fab. The host is very welcoming and friendly despite no English, thank you for the lovely stay we enjoyed every single moment, and are very happy to recommend it.

"Excellent location"

10.0

Overall god stay. Central location. Owner was rely nice. Only thing to mention, its a hostel. We were disappointed as we had to share toilets and were concerned regarding the cleanliness but when we came back after breakfast the two cleaning ladies were scrubbing everything extremely well Alhambra was 10-15 min walk, shops were literally around the corner. Taxi stand, tourist information and bus stop was right outside

"Amazing Host & Great Rooftop Terrace"

10.0

This place is a little out of the way, and not labelled so it's a bit hard to find. Once you do, you'll be rewarded with an amazing and friendly host in Sergio, a location close to Alhambra, and a relaxing rooftop terrace.

"Hostel, not pensione."

4.0

Very tight quarters! It is advertised as a pensione, but it's really more of a hostel. Lots of beds in a small room. Common bathroom down the hall. Great location to Al Ambra, which is the only reason we went to Granada. Very difficult to find, as it's on the backside of the street and if you don't like to go down alleys, you'll never find it.

"EXCELLENT Stay!"

10.0

My husband and I stayed at Pension Venecia for one night while we were in Granada- it was our least expensive booking for our 10 days in Spain, and by far the nicest and most pleasing. Sergio was SO polite and accommodating, he spoke little English, but our basic Spanish was enough to communicate. The room was beautifully decorated and SUPER clean. The view was really nice as well- we could see one of the towers to the Alhambra from our little balcony! The rooftop patio provided one of the most amazing views we saw in Spain. The location was absolutely perfect, just minutes from shopping and dining in the main plaza and on the route to the Alhambra. In the morning, Sergio brought us hot tea! What a pleasant surprise. He held our bags for us all day after check out at no charge while we were out and about in Granada. We would have happily stayed here our entire trip if we could have!

"Above all else, convenient to the major sights"

8.0

The room was comfortable, albeit a bit small. Overall, for the price, it was excellent! I would stay there again.
