O hotel é bom, o atendimento é excelente. Nós deram o upgrade. Porém o hotel já está em tempo de algumas reformas pontuais. Porém, no geral oferece uma boa experiência e uma boa localização.

Hotel velho e malcuidado. Elevadores precisam de manutenção; carpete precisa ser trocado; banheiros reformados; cortinas lavadas; etc.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff is friendly, attentive and very helpful. The staff member Vinícius was outstanding in helping me take all my things to my room in the late night and also offered to upgrade my room

Hotel com excelente localização próximo centro e avenida paulista, café da manha com opções variadas e de qualidade. Único inconveniente que ficamos num quarto próximo ao elevador, o que atrapalhou um pouco o sono da manhã.
