According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarised authorisation signed by the absent parent, along with a notarised copy of that parent's ID. Please note that only up to two pets with maximum weight of 15 kg or one pet with maximum weight of 30 kg can be accommodated at the property,at a surcharge. Great stay in my favorite area of SAO PAULO. My former hotel in Sao Paulo, the NOVOTEL JARAGUA is no longer associated with ACCOR. Thanks to my PLATINUM STATUS, the PERGAMON (ALLACCOR) offered me an early check-in i had a Junior Suite on a high floor overlooking a park

The staff always welcome and facilitating to make arrangements for our stay to be perfect . The location is so good making easier to go to the main spots in Sao Paulo . I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and i will definitely return there for my next stay in Sao Paulo .

"very disappointing"

hotel looks much more worn down and downmarket than the website would have you belive. ac did not work in my king bedroom and was put in a room with two tiny singles. The breakast is quite horrible. I see staff packing up 3day old dried up cheese and meats. horrible coffee and no lounge to speak of. front staff was nice but this hotel is not to be reccomended. avoid.

Apartamento limpo, confortável. O piso do banheiro não tinha nível de escorrimento adequado para a agua, fato que todo banho inundava todo o banheiro.
