According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarised authorisation signed by the absent parent, along with a notarised copy of that parent's ID. Please note that only up to two pets with maximum weight of 15 kg or one pet with maximum weight of 30 kg can be accommodated at the property,at a surcharge. I was here in December and read my review I had a wonderful experience and love the hotel.

I was overcharged £54, which I did not realise until later when I had left the hotel. when I disputed this, they sent me an invoice and denied it, even though the invoice did not match the amount taken out of my bank account. The price I was supposed to pay was £339, I was charged £393. They refused to look into it and just kept sending me an invoice that did not match the amount taken from my account, so I gave up and cancelled my other booking. I have my bank statement and booking,com quote as proof. Sad as I actually love the hotel.
