According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarised authorisation signed by the absent parent, along with a notarised copy of that parent's ID. Please note that only up to two pets with maximum weight of 15 kg or one pet with maximum weight of 30 kg can be accommodated at the property,at a surcharge. Já é a Terceira vez que fico nesse Hotel. Ele tem uma localização ótima, com restaurantes, mercado, farmácia... tudo perto. O café da manhã é excelente, fazem omelete na hora, além de frutas frescas e sucos deliciosos. Dessa vez também jantei no restaurante... comida maravilhosa e atendimento rápido. Quarto amplo, aconchegante, edredom delicioso. Super recomendo!

Poderia ter as plaquinhas de identificação no chuveiro de quente/fria. Até vc achar o ponto, perde-se tempo e consequentemente há desperdício da água.

I recently stayed at Pergamon Hotel and couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. Check-in was smooth, and I was quickly settled into a spacious an clean room. The bed was comfortable enough for a restful night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless, with a great shower and amenities. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, from fresh fruits, local pastries, cheeses, cold cuts, cereals, and fresh juices. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, cozy, and hassle-free hotel experience in SP.
