Richard was amazing. His knowledge about the house and history was intriguing. The breakfast presentation was perfect and the food was delicious. Our room was very spacious.

The history and warmth of our host. This was our first bed and breakfast stay. It was a new concept for us to not grab breakfast alone and quick get on our way for the day. This was a space we could imagine relaxing in the home and not going out and about. We will plan to bring friends for a weekend away together in the future! Sharing breakfast with others and taking time to connect and enjoy the art of conversation was refreshing in an age of hurry up.

We had an excellent stay at the Alexander Mansion. Richard knows the rich history of the property and shares it with his guests. The staff provided clean rooms at a reasonable price and the breakfast was terrific. Also, the other guests were intelligent, interesting and fascinating to meet. We will return
