حصل موقف للأسف كان سيء بخصوص الفواتير للأسف فهمنا الموظف مال المطعم أن الغرفه لها خصم وكان يسجل رقم الغرفه مع التوقيع واحنا كنا ندفع اول بأول تالي عند الجيك آوت تفاجأنا نزلت فاتوره مو مدفوعه هالموقف غريب نوعا ما للأسف هناك خطأ ما

clean place

staff are very tough in dealing with very bad hospitality . room every day I put the sign to clean it no one came to clean it which is-should be basic in any hotel . very very crouded the pool ;the breakfast
