Hilton Garden Inn Toronto/Brampton

I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. During my stay, someone broke into my vehicle in the hotel parking area and attempted to steal it. The thieves smashed my window, opened up the dashboard wiring, and caused significant damage while trying to start the vehicle. This was an incredibly stressful experience and completely ruined my trip. To make matters worse, the room had maintenance issues. The air conditioning was not working properly, and the coffee machine was also broken. I understand that hotels cannot control every criminal act, but guest safety should be a priority. Given what happened to my vehicle and the condition of the room, I cannot recommend staying here. Please do not stay here if you value your safety, security, and peace of mind. My vehicle was damaged and nearly stolen while parked at this property. I will never stay here again.
