"The stay was fair. I would not give it 5 stars. Possible 2 stars"

What I didn’t like is that fact that housekeeping is only every 3 days. I also didn’t like that the sink kept getting stopped up. I didn’t like that they don’t offer discounts for veterans or for people with Triple AAA/AARP.

We stayed here because it is right Nextdoor to Trilluim Microbrewery. The hotel is very nice and quiet. We had a nice time.

"Splitting a family on Easter night"

I stayed with my family at Homewood Suites Boston Canton last 19th and 20th of April. Unfortunately when we got to the hotel after dinner, we faced a very disappointing situation. The room we had assigned #212 was set up for a 21st birthday party and no other rooms were available for us. The receptions took 45’ to figure out how to solve the problem, with my 3 kids falling asleep on the hotel sofas due to jet lag. In the end after due consultation with the hotel manager, we agreed to stay in the property in 2 separate rooms, which was very inconvenient as me and my wife had to split in the Easter night, however it was the only feasible option. For the inconvenience they agreed to offer the night as complimentary. Now they are refusing to refund me instead they are only offering Hilton honour points as the booking was made through Booking.com, irrespective of what has been agreed and of the “Make it right”Homewood policy which states “If for any reason you are not satisfied, just let us know. We’ll make it right or your night’s stay is free”.
