I have balance issues and managed to fall in the carpark. One of the cleaning staff came to my aid. She was very kind. I was touched by her behaviour despite my embarrassment. Full marks to her.

The rooms are quite dated and some of the furniture and carpets could do with replacement.

Its location is excellent. Just a short walk from the city centre and restaurants etc

The location was within walking distance of cafes and restaurants. The hot water was amazing and the bed was comfortable enough.

We were checked into a dirty room to start however the lady rectified this quickly and apologised.

It was a quiet place with nice accommodation and beds, good sized room for three people. I was super grateful to be allowed a late checkout at late notice due to catching the bus late in the afternoon, couldnt be more thankful to the kind receptionist at the hotel.

The shower head in our room had no pressure in it so we werent able to actually shower but my family had other rooms booked so I did just use another on that was slightly better. I think most of the showerheads need to be replaced. Wasn't much of an issue as we only stayed two nights.

Very clean and on ground floor

Bedside light did not work. Lighting was not good.
