When booking more than 5 rooms, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit requested is 50% of the total stay, the balance payment is required 28 days prior to arrival. All guests are required to provide a government issued photo ID at check-in. A credit card pre-authorization or cash deposit are required upon arrival. Guests can access the hotel's spa facilities which include a gym, an indoor swimming pool, a stone oven sauna, an aromatic crystal steam room and a relaxation room for GBP 10 per person per hour. Minimum age is 18 to use the Gym or Spa. Treatments are available to anyone over the age of 18. A deposit may be required at the property.

Reception friendly and helpful. Decor in central area nice. Breakfast good. Quiet enough.

Room tired, dated, dark mismatched & shabby. Stained cushions burn marks in blinds and lamp damaged. Everything cost extra, the spa, a robe. Spa tiny View of extraction vent and car park.

"great staff and nice food - let down by poor room."

Staff were lovely, food great, excellent spicy marg! Nice vibe on the terrace.

Room was v underwhelming - think 80's corporate black lacquer nightmare, air con was thoroughly inefficient and pillows were lumpy! No sign of coffee in the room although apparently there was some hidden away in a cupboard. Really not worth the £170 price tag.

Proximity to Guildford town centre

Not value for money in my modest opinion. Expensive end for what’s on offer. £18 to park in hotel car park £10 extra charge to use very small pool in modest spa area I was asked if I wanted to pay to upgrade to a superior room and add in breakfast - I would have booked these if I’d wanted them. It was an ok stay but I left feeling ripped off.
