When booking more than 5 rooms, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit requested is 50% of the total stay, the balance payment is required 28 days prior to arrival. All guests are required to provide a government issued photo ID at check-in. A credit card pre-authorization or cash deposit are required upon arrival. Guests can access the hotel's spa facilities which include a gym, an indoor swimming pool, a stone oven sauna, an aromatic crystal steam room and a relaxation room for GBP 10 per person per hour. "Extremely comfortable stay and a luxury bed in the superior doubles"

Great room, very comfortable bed, huge Mattress!!! we booked one of the larger double rooms not the standard ones. Breakfast was great and the continental option was more than enough for both of us. The long bar and restaurant was fantastic, we sat and enjoyed the 2 for 1 cocktail specials and then enjoyed a lovely meal in the restaurant. We didn't get time to use the Spa facilities. The underground parking is great and had plenty of space, it also has a lift that goes from basement level 3 direct to the lobby and all the upper floors.

The main reason we didn't make use of the Spa was that we didn't have time, however it was rather annoying that there was an additional charge of £10 per person and a time limit of 1 hour. As a hotel guest I feel we should be allowed to use the faclity as part of the hotel stay at no additional charge and for an unlimited duration. Whilst I realise the windows are obscured with a privacy film under local council regulations and it being in the middle of a residential area, I would always prefer an opening window as we prefer fresh air to having air conditioning running over night
