When booking more than 5 rooms, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit requested is 50% of the total stay, the balance payment is required 28 days prior to arrival. All guests are required to provide a government issued photo ID at check-in. A credit card pre-authorization or cash deposit are required upon arrival. Guests can access the hotel's spa facilities which include a gym, an indoor swimming pool, a stone oven sauna, an aromatic crystal steam room and a relaxation room for GBP 10 per person per hour. Minimum age is 18 to use the Gym or Spa. Treatments are available to anyone over the age of 18. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Very pleasant and relaxing. I had a desk which allowed me to study and had a great nights sleep."

"Lovely hotel, modern and good bar"

The location of the property is very good for train to London and close to local shops and restaurants. The bar/reataurant area is also very nice. The rooms are modern and clean.

The spa was very disappointing and small. The staff working in the spa reception were also not very welcoming.
