When booking more than 5 rooms, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit requested is 50% of the total stay, the balance payment is required 28 days prior to arrival. All guests are required to provide a government issued photo ID at check-in. A credit card pre-authorization or cash deposit are required upon arrival. Guests can access the hotel's spa facilities which include a gym, an indoor swimming pool, a stone oven sauna, an aromatic crystal steam room and a relaxation room for GBP 10 per person per hour. The location, size of the rooms.

That I couldn't get through to reception from the room phone so had to call the hotel number to get support. This was after numerous attempts.

"Good location, but not great value for money with the additional parking and spa costs. Room was in need of refurb."

Good location in the centre of Guildford. Staff friendly.

Parking was limited with narrow spaces and extra charge. Room needed an update as decor and furnishing were old and tired looking. Bathroom didn’t feel very clean with built up limescale on taps and tiles. Dirty marks on the door.

Lovely decor. Room had all necessities and was a modern design, very comfy bed. Breakfast had lots on offer, staff very friendly and accommodating.

Was not informed you had to pre book a slot for the spa- so when we arrived there were no slots left for the entirety of our stay. Staff managed to rectify however it should be made clear when booking.

The staff are friendly and welcoming, the decor is very modern and the facilities are very clean. The bed was very comfortable and spacious.

Upon check in we were asked if we wanted to upgrade to a superior suite which had recently been refurbished. The upgrade was an additional £20. Having stayed at the hotel last year the ‘upgrade’ room whilst nice, clean and modern, the room was certainly not any bigger. The TV signal was also not very good and the TV picture was quite glitchy.

"It’s 1am and I’m listening to crappy music and a load if drunk people"

Good location

The noise. My room is in the 1st floor above a bar / club. It’s almost 1am, the music is blaring and the sounds of people jumping up and down below is reverberating through the floor. Do t put people in these rooms on a club night

Good location and amazing staff. Food is really good.

Bed and pillows very uncomfortable. This was addressed but not really improved. Car parking not on site and local arrangement unclear in advance.
