When booking more than 5 rooms, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit requested is 50% of the total stay, the balance payment is required 28 days prior to arrival. All guests are required to provide a government issued photo ID at check-in. A credit card pre-authorization or cash deposit are required upon arrival. What a great night. I attended a uni event hosted at the hotel and it was honestly soo good. Food was great and my allergies were catered for. Leah and her team filled me with confidence. The bar guy was also great I think his name was Calum. Great night

A top notch place to stay in Guildford with not many others comparing to its quality. The perfect place for me when working away from home. Best part is the staff though who really made me feel at home. Jenny is a star on the front desk, really, really helpful. Corey does a mighty fine mojito and Hayley was great too.
