When booking more than 5 rooms, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit requested is 50% of the total stay, the balance payment is required 28 days prior to arrival. All guests are required to provide a government issued photo ID at check-in. A credit card pre-authorization or cash deposit are required upon arrival. Guests can access the hotel's spa facilities which include a gym, an indoor swimming pool, a stone oven sauna, an aromatic crystal steam room and a relaxation room for GBP 10 per person per hour. Minimum age is 18 to use the Gym or Spa. Treatments are available to anyone over the age of 18. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Fijn verblijf gehad in het mooie Guildford maar het weer hielp dan ook enorm mee!"

De ligging, fijne bedden.

De douche was wat klein en jammer dat de douchekop niet in hoogte verstelbaar is. Voor het ontbijt miste ik lekker bruin brood en dan echt bruin brood zoals grof volkorenbrood of iets dergelijks. Wat me echt tegen viel was dat je als hotelgast 10 pond per persoon moest betalen voor 1 uur gebruik van het zwembad en/of de gym.

The facilities

Being charged to use the pool. Not normal for a hotel and very silly in my opinion. Imagine being on holiday in spain at a hotel and being charged. Didn't make sense

"Home away from Home at Guildford"

We now stay at Harbour Hotel each time we visit Guildford as our top choice. The location, just at the start of High Street, is perfect, quite, yet just 1 minute walk to High Street. The rooms are modern & the mattress, pillows & bed linen are very carefully put together, ensuring a very comfortable sleep. But the real difference is the Hotel staff. Each of the them, at the reception, at the HarBar restaurant are so pleasant, warm, welcoming & empathetic to our needs. Dayo is a forever smiling face with his wit & warmth that we look forward to when coming to stay at Harbour which now feels like our home away from home when at Guildford. Finding your home away from home is priceless, even so, I find they’ve priced the rooms well.

"Good stay , pity rate doesn’t include whole package"

Well appointed, clean and bright

Would like price to include breakfast and pool facilities, having to pay extra fir these and parking is prohibitively expensive
