AUAUFriendly and proactive staff who provided assistance. Comfortable apartment. Close to amenities and not far from surfers paradise. Loved the heated pool.
We were on the top floor and it was really difficult going up and down the stairs every day. Only one pool was heated. Someone kept parking in our designated car park. The shower in the apartment didn't have instantaneous hot water, so sometimes 1 of 4 family members had a cold shower.
GTAUAUFirst stay at the resort and it did not disappoint. Warmly greeted by the team. Room was beautiful overlooking one of the pools. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was easy and functional. Feels like a home away from home. Was so peaceful. I would recommend and my family and I will return.
AUAUIt was the best value for money. We have stayed extensively at the Gold Coast over the years and this was by far the best.
