AUIt was walking distance to the beach. It had a games room for the kids. The pool was heated.
The place was being renovated, noise and stuff everywhere. We were not told about this. The balconies and rooms were not very clean. The beach access was closed most of the time.

AEAUOur apartment was filthy with months of built up grease hair and fluff in wardrobe tracks. Could not walk barefooted on the tiles and carpet. Whatever was on the tiles had been walked onto the bedroom carpet. Very rundown, miss matched crockery and cutlery, 1 fork. We were not advised the was maintenance going on and the was scaffolding in numerous areas. Lots of stairs to get to the apartment. Night manager did not respond to our call to report the condition of the apartment. Advised day staff the next morning and they inspected the property and agreed to our request of a full refund, less the night we stayed.
AUWe really liked the pool and the gardens surrounding the area. Was a nice spot to relax and enjoy the day.
As all the apartments are owned by different people. The furniture can vary depending on the owner. We stayed in apartment 186 which was on the top floor. The only access to the apartment is via stairs. So this wouldn’t be suitable for some people. The cutlery, cooking equipment and every day plates all need to be updated as they are getting old and chipped.
AUThe pools were amazing and beach access and gardens were a bonus
The bedrooms were a little hot and the sliding doors were so heavy, the need new rollers, it was so hard to open the door to balcony

Some maintenance issues within room- they were happy to receive feedback, cleaning could be improved in bathrooms and with kitchen cups/utensils.

Building scaffolding on lots of the buildings which we were not made aware of before Travelling & building equipment position everywhere. Not enough plats in apartment for the number of people staying. Early check out 10am!
AUThe pool area was fantastic, plenty or room for all to enjoy with plenty of sun lounges, tables & chairs to enjoy being by the pool. The BBQ's were cleaned everyday & easy to access. It had great access to the beach.
The foyer areas of each block were very dirty & not a good welcome into the units. Each unit would be different as they are privately owned ours was good, but the furnishings were getting tired looking but comfortable.
