The pools, the games room and the location were awesome

The unit was filthy. The ceiling fans were very noisy and the amount of dust that would float around when the fans were on was unbelievable. Eyes and nose would be itchy the whole time. The aircon was very old and dirty. You could smell mold when it was turned on. A lot of things were in need of maintenance, but the worse was the bathroom which didn't have any barrier to prevent the water from the shower to flood the whole bathroom, it had to be dried after each shower.

The staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful.The location is handy to public transport and supermarkets.We enjoyed our apartment overlooking the lovely swimming pools.

We didn't mind but very aware that you have to walk stairs as there are no lifts.RenovatI n paint work going on in complex.

The pool was great. Clean, heated and plenty of space. Easy access to beach. Parking was good. Accommodation was spacious. Living rooms spacious but couches need to be replaced.

The inside was a bit dated, there was dust everywhere. Our sheets had cuts in them like they were sliced There were mismatched plates and cups. The kitchen stuff was not to the standard of resort accommodation given the price we were charged.

Really good pools. There were 2 and they had great depth.

Considering we paid $495 a night for 7 nights the host could have taken care of a few little things. We were provided with one garbage bag for the kitchen bin. One towel only for each guest. 2 sample bottles of shampoo for each shower. One satchel of dishwashing liquid for the kitchen. The pots and pans were old and the crockery and coffee cups was mismatched and from different collections. There were containers in the pantry of possibly stale coffee. There were 2 TVs. but only one was a smart tv. This meant that you were left with rubbish free to air for a relax in the bedroom. There was a washing machine and dryer, but both were very old and the dryer twisted the items and caused damage to clothing. The air-conditioner in the dining area leaked so heavily that the floor became slippery and dangerous. There was a leak from the third floor balcony down to our apartment on the ground floor that left our deck wet, messy and unusable. There was also big cement patch on the deck wall that could easily be fixed with a lick of paint. Overall, this apartment needs a serious upgrade. You can't charge 5 star prices and provide 3 star accommodation. Wouldn't stay here again and it was a complete waste of money. The listing was completely dishonest!!!

Amazing pool area, great for the children. Our room was a bit tired and old, our family stayed in a room next to us which was nicely renovated. Even though our room was older, it still had everything we need.

Consistency in the rooms.

Amazing relaxing time. Staff were lovely Beautiful pools and gardens. Very quick walk to the beach. We were upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment which my two teenagers loved. Will stay again.

Parking was a small issue, only because they had scaffolding up painting the hotel (which looks so nice) and residents just had their belongings in their car bays, which should be finished soon.
