Cardiff Executive Apartments

The place was very clean and modern. Being an executive apartment suit, I would have expected an oven and a dishwasher. But, the price was right. There also was no icecube tray, but a small thing. The balcony was spacious, but the furniture was extremely dusty. The main aircon was good, but the bedroom one was not functioning. Lots of toiletries including makeup removal wipes, which I've not seem before. All their bathroom products were of designer quality. I would stay here again. It's located 12min walk from. Cardiff station and less to supermarkets and services. Nice work. Some attention to detail needed. But, as I said. The price was very reasonable.

Booked this place based on the images. On the day of arrival received a call from a guy who said due to maintenance we have to go somewhere else in “Jesmond executive villas” upon arrival there was a meth head sitting in the gutter. We were worried about staying there so we checked the reviews only to find so many people had provided an insight to what we were about to experience so we decided to go to the motorcross and then just drive home. There was no way we were going to stay in a junky filled complex with 4 young children. Wotif.com need to remove this listing from their website because scammers like this should be shut down.

Was so bad I had to get my kids in the car and drive back home to Sydney. Police patrol the area due to the crime. Room was disgusting

Unfortunately not worth the money we paid for this apartment. Size wise, its great, however it was very unclean, especially the floors! My 5 year old son ended up with glass in his foot, from the floor, within minutes of arriving at the property and the walls were smeared with finger prints. NOTE: This is a review for the single story apartments.not the dual level.

The fly net was broken, furniture was so dirty, there were nothing to use to clean. Lack of hygiene is the biggest problem for this place. We will never stay there again. It was uncomfortable stay.

Comfortable stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Overhead kitchen cupboards need knobs otherwise difficult to open.

The place was really nice and good value for money. The only issue was the property smell which seems like the place was closed for some time.

A very spacious and well stocked apartment. Everything was provided including towels, sheets, soaps and laundry facilities.
