great space loved 2 toilets close to supermarket and resturants. rubbish in garden in and around the entrance to property very dirty have photos to prove it contacted the checkin telling them of how bad it was and had no respnse seems they dont really care. parking was very tight to get in and out of.

Good location for our purposes, however property was not clean and parking was not suitable. Overall disappointed.

Location of the apartment we stayed at was great. It was close to conveniences and beautiful beaches. It was private, clean and comfortable. No hidden charges or unnecessary to-do list for the guest. We had a really good experience, and would recommend without hesitation.

* Check in delayed two hours by “cleaners” * Stairs were dirty. * Toenail clippings on stairs * Pubic hair on spa bath * Mould around bedroom window * One tv remote (with battery cover missing) for two tvs * TV in lounge room not working * Floor lamp in lounge room has no light globes * Floor lamp foot switch broken with electrical contacts exposed * Dried food on wall above fridge * Exhaust fan in toilet clogged with dust * Broken tiles on shower floor * Glass shelf missing in shower * Broken gyprock in bedroom * Previous repair to gyprock in bedroom not finished * Breadcrumbs on kitchen bench * Damaged blinds in lounge room * Only one coat hanger in wardrobe * Multiple maintenance reports made * Cobwebs with dead insects in bathroom Following specially arranged clean on Saturday morning: * Stairs still dirty * TV in lounge room still not working * Breadcrumbs still on kitchen bench * Leaking air conditioner working, but a pile of emergency towels left, just in case! * Hair still on toilet tiles * Cobwebs in bathroom still present, including dead insects.

We booked for 4 nights and in the end left early as the accommodation is very dirty. there are piles of dirt and dust in the corners or the rooms. The master bedroom has a hole in the wall. The kitchen has never been cleaned properly. the smell form the fridge and oven were awful. There was rotting bread in the pantry. The light in the bathroom didnt work and most of the door handles were broken. The beds were comfortable but not sure how clean they were. not an enjoyable stay at all.

Condo was perfect layout for 5 people with parks and shopping close. Unfortunately, there were two safety issues (light burnt out on stairs and gas stove ignitor not working) and they just wouldn't get maintenance out for it over a week's duration.

The accommodation was way overpriced. Not happy at all.

The bed was nice and comfy. The majority of the place was clean. The surrounding area was nice and easy to get to. Bathroom doors that slid into the wall needed to be cleaned . No bowls, tea spoons or facewashers .

Enough room for all to sleep (7 people). Can not use garage with larger vehicles. We had to park on the street which felt unsecure. Nice to have full amenities, kitchen, wash room and space to sleep everyone. Nice outside area if we were dining outside. Bit more cleaning and upkeep necessary.

Didn’t get a message as to what appartment we could be in, asked for two single beds which wasn’t done so my friend slept on the lounge, no extra bedding so my friend had to buy a blanket to sleep under, tiles loose in the lounge room and one with a chunk missing in the kitchen, exhaust fans in bathroom and toilet didn’t work nor did the hair dryer, could barely park in my spot and when I did I got parked in by two vans who didn’t use their garages. All in all disappointing compared to last time.
