Sunshine Residence provides free one-way transfer service from Thongsala Pier to the resort for guests staying 7 nights or more. The service is also available with an additional charge to all guests (staying less than 7 nights). To make use of this service, guests are required to notify the resort manager in advance with arrival details. Please note that guests must provide their travel details (boat company and estimated arrival time) to the property at least 24-hours in advanced to arrange the check-in.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "The staff was friendly, but the property was outdated, with few nearby restaurants. It’s more of a guesthouse than a hot"

The staff members were quite nice and helpful.

However, the property itself is too outdated, and there are very few restaurants nearby. Initially, we thought this was a hotel, but it turned out to be more of a guesthouse without any services. The only thing provided was the rental of the place, with no additional services like cleaning the interior or replacing towels. The staff only maintained the external yard of the property. Overall, the cost-to-value ratio was very low.

Spacious accommodation pretty much directly at the beach. Khinthazin was super helpful, she even borrowed us her motorbike to get some stuff from the supermarket.
