Sunshine Residence provides free one-way transfer service from Thongsala Pier to the resort for guests staying 7 nights or more. The service is also available with an additional charge to all guests (staying less than 7 nights). To make use of this service, guests are required to notify the resort manager in advance with arrival details. Please note that guests must provide their travel details (boat company and estimated arrival time) to the property at least 24-hours in advanced to arrange the check-in.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. "Most basic and random place I have ever been. All they provided was rooms with beds. Not worth it."

The beach was close but you had to walk through other guest yard to get there. Pictures were nice but If you get there, they provide the worst room without anything that you saw on pictures. Maybe we weren't so lucky.... but it was a disappointment.

No privacy at all. constant cameras everywhere + host and the workers were walking by and "cleaning" the balcony alla day long, watching inside, and walking inside when they wanted.

The owner comes pick you up at the piers, You have a car at disposition at the residence, The beach is literally inside de villa garden, The pool is small but ideal for drinks after Beach ⛱️
