"It is worth what we paid. But there are better and confier options nearby."

Beds were clean and confy. Shower was really hot.

The breakfast was very simple, not much viriety. Tv was not smart and the normal channels were not working. Outside of the property was very duty and not well mainteined,

Perfect location for a weekend trip, just outside of Manchester with mountain views. Pet friendly, with big field for walking the dog. Spacious comfortable room, well equipped. All were very friendly & helpful.
