"Take Xanax to help sleep and watch out for cockroaches."

The size of room was good. The menu from the pub was good.

Heaps. Beds very small. Not as clean as could be. Hair all through bathroom. Cockroaches in the bathroom, coming out of sink! The noise was loud, band ok as they ended at a reasonable time but the loud obnoxious patrons and other hotel guests carrying on all through the night was unbearable. Rooms need to be soundproofed. Parking is a big problem as there is none! Had to park 1 km away and nowhere really to unload bags etc. none of this is explained before checkin. For the $500 for 2 nights it was a rip off. I would not have paid more than $300.00. It is a pub , which is advertised as a boutique hotel! That’s BS.

Ease of arrival and location. Our room opened onto the courtyard, so we took advantage of the band that was playing from our room. All.staff were very welcoming.
