Property was close to all shops etc. Food at the restaurant was really good.

Lift didnt work once, i got stuck in it for a couple minutes. Although the majority of meals were good our last meal my hubby had left him with vomiting n diarrhea that night n the following day.. lighting in the room was a little odd no overhead lighting in the main room

Location was perfect for what I was doing in Newcastle. Room was clean. The iron was superb!

It was really noisy. And I get that it’s a pub but some reviews said it was reasonably quiet. I was right over the beer garden and the entertainment was great but I’d hoped for a rest after a long drive and couldn’t. The rooms are in desperate need for an update. Very worn furniture and the bed was lumpy. Bathroom very small - difficult to use comfortably.

Staff were amazing , they are genuine, listen to what you say and remember. A lovely boutique hotel room. It’s located right near civic tram station. Next to civic theatre. Prefect location to get around to the beach, habour and Broadmeadow entertainment etc
