It was a great location and comfortable.

Bar area very limited

Great location and wonderful helpful staff especially Gemma who was extremely helpful and sweet.

Breakfast was very poor standard, Water melon only fruit visible.3 bowls of packaged cereal.Self service cooked breakfast was unappealing

Bath area in room was not clean.Food in bar was very limited.Carpet on the stairway was worn.

Loved our stay here. Within walking distance of the ferry and with lovely views of the harbour it is a great value for money place to stay. Rooms were fine and contained all mod-cons. Staff were brilliant. Danielle was a great host behind the bar, very friendly and chatty. The other workers who were off-duty were socializing in the bar and invited us to join them and we had a great night. Lots of belly laughs into the night. They really made our stay so much better and we will definitely be back for a visit.

Only complaint is that the room was very warm and we couldn't reduce the temperature.

The location was amazing and the receptionist was very pleasant.

The beds looked like they had not been changed. We saw a rat on the front lawn in the afternoon beside the picnic benches! The TV remote did not work nor did the hairdryer in the room. The breakfast was awful, and the tables were dirty and sticky. All in all we would not return to this hotel.
