Great location, lovely hotel and bar area. Easy access to restaurants and ski lifts. Lovely size room for 4 people.

Nowhere to hang coats etc in hallway. If bunks had been used then nowhere to store luggage or clothes. No dryer for ski boots in lockers. Spa pool was cold.

The breakfast was good but the same everyday.

Location obviously, ski-in and ski-out is awesome, rooms are big, view is breathtaking. Personal ski locker is also great. Bridge on the 3rd floor that takes you to an elevator which then takes you to the village was a nice surprise, I didn't know about it, turned out to be a great shortcut, with it village center is only 5 minutes away by foot from your room door.

Maybe it's a personal preference, but in my opinion air in the room was extremely dry, I wish there was a humidifier. Breakfast was good, but no variety, it's identical every day.

This is our 5th time at this residence. It is perfect for families. Well situated on the slopes and easy to ski in - ski out. The pool and spa are excellent. The room is well equipped and the view is glorious. Very good service too.

The hot water pressure was not sufficient.

Great location with ski-out/ski-in facilities. Nice spa area and lobby lounge with open fire.

We were surprised that for a 4 star facility there was no concierge or staff able to help with the suitcases. Some of the staff were not very friendly. The hotel would benefit from a standardized staff training program and oversight.

The staff was good and helpful! The facilities are nice but partially lack basic quality (for example the couch material and the table and chairs) but over all this is a comfortable place to stay!
