Was ok, however staff member we had was filling in for owners and didn't seem to know much about anything. We were supposed to have breakfast included but nothing was provided.

Great place to stay, we had wonderful 360 veiws of Mt Maungnui, staff were very nice, and were the ones who noticed thatvi had payed twice and rectified for me instantly. We stayed in the penthouse, very good value.

"Not to bad close to beach and shops"
