Casablanca Suites Near Airport

We enjoyed our stay in Casablanca Suites. We arrive early in the morning and we were allowed to check in early. The front desk personnel allowed us to take our free breakfast even though we weren't supposed to have one that day. The rooms were clean and the air conditioners were working really well. The service of the hotel staff was great. I'll surely recommend this hotel.

Bathroom is really dirty, the drain in the shower was clogged but never got fixed despite complaints. No towels when we arrived. Beds were as hard as concrete. It wasn't a comfortable stay at all. Front desk staffs were friendly though.

Stay was good. The hotel has good facilities and rooms were well air-conditioned. The staff are very helpful and polite. Highly recommendable.

It's an ok hotel but too pricey. For more than 1k per person,I expected a 5 star hotel. It's not. I am sure you can find similar hotels for less. I also made a mistake of requesting late check in. That made the reservation non-refundable. All rooms are on the second floor. There was not enough help to bring up the luggage. Some items were not available in the included breakfast. Breakfast was served in the lobby area while their restaurant is just next door. The air con unit was very noisy. I just did not have the energy to ask for and move to another room as we were tired from our trip. The snacks on top of the refrigerator are not free, beware.

If you are looking for a place where the staff fawn over you in an ultra-subservient manner, then Casablanca Suites is not for you. If you like a place where the staff are real humans, with human qualities, who are friendly, happy to help, and there when you want them, but not intrusive, then you will probably like Casablanca Suites. My family and I enjoyed our stay, and would certainly stay there again. It is conveniently located, just a short drive to the city centre, and also Cagsawa Ruins and other attractions around Mayon Volcano. Busay Falls is worth a visit, but you need to be reasonably fit and agile to view all seven. The paths leading to the falls need careful negotiation, but the guides are very helpful and give aid when necessary. We only managed to make it to two, but then I and my wife have been Senior Citizens for quite some time! Still worth the trip though. I will retain fond memories of our stay at Casablanca Suites. ps. I rated everything at '4' because I'm always a bit suspicious of '5' ratings (there is very little in this world which is perfect). I would have given '4.9' if the option was available.

The hotel did not provide the airport pick up as arranged. We were just left waiting there. The bathroom was in a bad state of repair. The shower did not work properly and the sink was blocked. We requested the hotel to repair but they just ignored the request. The room had cockroaches. The breakfast was OK but nothing special. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable so sleep quality was bad. It is a shame that the hotel neglects the maintenance as it looks quite a new building. It just suffers from a total lack of organisation.

hotel is being used as a terminal for rental shuttle vans, consequently, drivers loiter at the lobby and in front of the hotel, an eyesore. For Expedia- please find a way you can comply with Philippine Law on Senior Citizen law on discounts

The reception staff were great. They sorted out with some quad biking at the fringe of the Mayon Volcano. First time experience for me and enjoyed. The shuttle and driver was food...restaurant fine. Only bugbear was the bathroom in our room. Everything in it was old fashioned, the basin tap did nothing more than dribble and the shower sprayed all over the place...otherwise good.

Excellent vacation and good relaxing to stay @ this hotel.
