Bryn Melyn Apartments

The whole property was incredibly well maintained. The room was warm clean and cosy even included a little Christmas tree, bara brith and a pint of milk. Fantastic hosts very obliging even waiting out in the road to guide us in when we got a little lost

Incredibly friendly accommodating host. The quietest place we’ve ever stayed. The views were exceptional. The photos of the apartment didn’t really do it justice, beautiful and spacious. Really easy to access, even at nighttime. Oh and the stars are breathtaking. The cherry on top was the amount of birds and squirrels that were being fed in the garden. We absolutely loved our holiday and would highly recommend this apartment plus host. :)

The location , the apartment, everything was perfect

Such stunning location and great hosts. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed and also provided a good selection of coffee and teas, traditional Welsh cake for guests to try and even a small bottle of milk to get us going. All the info you could need are also provided, such an eye for detail is exceptional. The most amazing thing we liked was great bird feeders all around the house where great woodland birds would come every morning and all day long for their food. Such amazing thing to watch them and impressed by all the good care provided by the hosts. So highly recommended.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Bryn Melyn apartment. It's walking distance to the town centre (although it's a bit hilly.) The room is sparklingly clean, cozy and spacious, and has a stunning view. Barmouth is lovely town and has lots of pubs and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Steep walk into town... But I'm lazy and drove instead..

Stayed here for 3 nights, with my 2 brothers. The apartment is great, fully equipped with amazing views of the landscape. David and Heather were on hand to welcome us, offering advice on what there is to do in the area, and the best local places to eat and drink. We found The Royal a good place for a beer, and to watch football. It is a steep ascent to the property, and we got a taxi back after a night out in town. The less mobile, would definitely need transport to and from. But it does mean you wake up to stunning views of the sea, beaches and surrounding area. Our favourite meal of the weekend was The Bay View restaurant for Sunday Lunch, less than a 10 minute drive away. Overall a fab weekend break, and would highly recommend.
