For group bookings (2 or more rooms), the cancelation period is 3 days. Cash payment is required on arrival to check in. Cash is only payable at property. Card details are taken in advance to secure the booking and to process payments for late cancelations / no shows or if the property is damaged. "Is this place operating at all?"

It is close to the railway station and to the Ely Cathedral. What a shame the Guest House turned out to be a misunderstanding

I arrived at 6.30pm, the doors were locked and bolted all lights out. I was knocking to the doors and ringing the bell, but there was no answer. It looked like the place was deserted. I found a note on the door asking to call the given numbers on arrival. I did. One of these numbers did not answer the other was answered by some person who was making inarticulate noises. After this, I decided to find another place and I ended up in Travelidge.

Excellent location. Very friendly welcome. Super Thai Restaurant right next door. Comfi bed.

It got a bit cold at night. A spare blanket would have been nice.

Step inside the front door and it's amazing.....like an old National Trust house, which was a very pleasant surprise. Beautiful!

My room was a little chilly ....heating not on (November)
