For group bookings (2 or more rooms), the cancelation period is 3 days. Cash payment is required on arrival to check in. Cash is only payable at property. Card details are taken in advance to secure the booking and to process payments for late cancelations / no shows or if the property is damaged. Please note check in after 21:30 unless confirmed by management prior to arrival and at a surcharge of GBP 10 per extra hour. Over priced unclean description inaccurate broken facilities! no safety or how to use information, very noisy neighbours very steep stairs not indicated in information tired bedding hope theres no bed bugs shabby linen would you like our photographs. Cash payment no receipt offered.

Central location.

Doggy arrangements. On the check-in day we received a message saying that our credit card with a temporary hold was invalid (it wasn’t) so they would have to cancel our booking. When we arrived they accepted only cash and we received an email saying that our booking got cancelled. It looks like they take cash from guests and cancel bookings so they don’t have to pay to booking.com and confuse guests!
