Please note, the deposit and the full amount charged 14 days prior arrival are nonrefundable. Check in times are from 15:00 to 21:00 between Monday and Sunday. Please note that from the pavement there are 8 steps with hand rails either side to the front door. There is one single guest room on the ground floor. All other guest rooms are accessible via the stair case with hand rails on one side. Please note, this property is adults-only. It cannot accommodate children.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

La communication avec le gérant était très agréable, précise et concise (notamment pour l'entrée dans la chambre, les services proposés et même quelques recommandations sur les lieux à visiter). La chambre est très bien pensée et organisée pour que tout soit agréable et sa petite taille n'était pas un problème. Les produits proposés étaient de très bonne qualité (gel douche, shampoing, crème, café et thé). La situation en tout bord de mer était très agréable.

Il y avait deux petites toiles d'araignée mais rien de dérangeant ni sale. Un tout petit peu de bruit de passage avec les résidents permanents dans les pièces adjacentes.

It was very close to town centre. Very convenient for all activities planed. Check in and out was easy.

Room felt cluttered with unnecessary furniture. Space could have been used more efficiently. We asked about one of the offered parking permits but didn’t get a response to our question. Instead we received more automatic generated messages (one of them was an offer for a safari through different parts of Africa??)- communication could have been better.

I was really impressed with 27 Brighton Guesthouse. It was so clean, and the details were really thoughtful, The communication was easy and efficient. the access to the property was simple, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone passing through Brighton.

Ubytování bylo naprosto skvělé! Všechno bylo čisté, útulné a přesně podle popisu. Cítili jsme se tam velmi příjemně – jako doma. Lokalita je výborná. Nemám absolutně co vytknout, určitě bych se sem ráda znovu vrátila. Doporučuji všem!❤️

"Authentische Unterkunft für ein paar Tage in Brighton"

Frühstück gab es keines, aber viele gute Frühstücksmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Lage war tiptop.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, Gepäck musste unter dem Bett verstaut werden.
