Super comfy bed, very clean, excellent location, easy access.

So cozy and very friendly service - swift to respond! We felt very comfortable and will be back. Location is great, too.

It was clean and quiet with basic amenities met.

I wasn't clear that there is no breakfast - maybe upfront it could be stated; the bed is very hard/feel the springs. The water goes to extremely hot to freezing cold in the shower. Finally, it would make sense to have some exterior lights on the building as it was pitch black I couldn't find it from the car and would assume a more welcoming entrance. It's so attractive in daylight!

Really easy to check in after hours, good communication from the host, cute cozy room with fun decor, great linens, an Nespresso machine with some pods were appreciated, as was the convenient power outlets for no plugs, compact space for clothes, thoughtful to leave water in the fridge

The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak (I love hot strong showers) and I would really have liked the kettle to have been descaled, but other than that, it worked really well for me

The guesthouse is located close to the beach and the city. I believe it probably mostly welcomes British guests and has British standards which are often peculiar for people from mainland Europe, like uneven floors just carpeted over and low ceilings as well as a very narrow staircase which is also typical for traditional British housing. I can say that the shower and toilet worked very well and the room size was small but as expected (like in the description).

The wifi is not really usable. They actually have quite professional Ubiquiti equipment. I saw it in the staircase, but the LED indicated that the access point lost uplink connection and it was like that all the time during our stay. This needs professional attention. The carpeted floor was stained. I know that carpeted floors are standard in Britain and I was aware in advance that the room would be like that but for me they always appear to be dirty and unhygienic.

Very well kept and easy to access, the guest went well, well above and beyond to help me when I was in a rush and after a long drive. Extremely impressed with the kindness and extra effort.

Parking is tough but nothing to do with host just the city! The host even assisted with that

Die Lage war sehr gut, wir sind bis auf An- und Abreise alles zu Fuß von der Unterkunft aus gegangen. Es gab nette Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Matratze war sehr weich, was komfortabel war, wenn man aber eher feste Matratzen gewöhnt ist, geht es nach 7 Nächten etwas auf den Rücken. Die Unterkunft war sauber und hatte viele praktische Ablageflächen und genug Stauraum für 2 Personen. Schwarz- und Grüntee sowie Kaffeekapseln waren vor Ort und wurden täglich aufgestockt. Würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Die Dusche war offen, sodass einiges schnell nass wurde. Da es aber bereits in der Beschreibung war, nicht unerwartet. Einzig der Abfluss im Waschbecken war etwas verstopft, weshalb es sehr langsam abrinn.
