Absolutely everything,it is peaceful paradise set off a fantastic beach , beautiful well maitained property looked after by a team of experienced staff.We loved this place delicious very well prepared seafood,amazing breakfast ,good wine card, service is excellent.Super clean and comfortable .Evertthing was gorgeous from the moment we arrived.Our room was spacious ,lean and beautifully decorated s was the whole hotel.The setting was stunning with the pool,lawn and then the beach.wifi was supper fast in the room as well as lobby area too.I really hope we can visit again one day .Don't hesitate book now!

It’s an excellent place to chill out. Beautiful clean, relaxing room nicely decorated. I had the amazing view of the Seaview from my room and beach 1 minuet away from room. Well tended gardens and amazing sandy beach.. If you are need a hotel to relax and have a great holidays this is the best one in Bentota. Also I am highly recommend this hotel and spa for foreigners who are willing to travel in Bentota. Delicious foods and clean large rooms are perfect. Staff is lovely and friendly, I must say wifi available in the rooms and lobby area too. For delicious food yes lot of choices you always can order from menu, we had lunch with sea food was perfect ! Well maintained pool. 100% recommend this place. All the best wishes to Oasey Beach !

Could not close the bathroom doors Tv unstable Not providing milk powder in the rooms Blankets and pillows stinking Morning, they forgot fill the overhead tanks. Stilling in bathroom for 20mins to fill.

Nice place to stay as much close to the ocean as possible. The beach is perfect. The staff is young and you can't expect perfect service from them, which must be typical for same price hotels.

Right on the beach, big room and lovely balcony. Fridge in the room is an extra plus. Friendly and helpful staff, also nice massage. Clean and quite big pool.

The whole place needs some renovation and the aircon was old and noisy. This is something we understand as the last years has been a struggle for the whole country. Also this place is Russian friendly (common in the area and of course the hotel needs all visitors they can get, but for us it's not the right place).

The long stretch of private beach is right in front of the hotel and I enjoyed a refreshing swim in the sea each day. And also I loved watching the sun sets each evening. Most beautiful swimming pool and well maintained. The hotel location was very nice and as I got a room with sea view. Room was very much spacious, clean, comfortable and nicely arranged. Staffs are super friendly, cleanliness is good. Bathroom was equipped with all necessary amenities. The food was great. Breakfast so delicious and filling more varieties. I had satisfy each meal time selecting our meal & it was tasty. Check in and check out was really convenient. After seeing a few other properties personally I realized that this was the best decision to stay at Oasey. Just no regrets. Prices are reasonable. Great value for money. I had a pleasant stay and would love to visit again. Thank you to everyone who made my stay special. Yes, I will be back.

The hotel has a private beach attached.

Almost all the factors are not suitable in this hotel for peaceful accommodation. The hotel staff at reception Mr. Raja was very rude and his behaviour was completely unprofessional.We arrived a few hours later than previously agreed and he started shouting at us as if he had done big favour by allowing our accommodation even though our checkin time was well within prescribed checkin hours mentioned in the hotel policies.His wordings were completely discriminatory and unacceptable for foreign tourists like us.The rooms given were lacking basic amenities i.e no mirror in the bedroom,no intercom,broken lamp and broken doors. The pillow cover was dirty and it doesn't suit any visitors.

Excellent location

I wish they wud have offer buffet breakfast, Wish they renovate some area of hotel( reception,dining and bathroom) will definitely bring this hotel to 4****
