Nice location, beautiful view

The room was spacious and clean with a great view of the ocean. Staff are friendly and helpful.

This hotel is just near the beach. Thats the only positive reason for anyone to visit

This is a small boutique type hotel. Do not keep expectations of a star class hotel. Need restorations and renovations in every aspect. This includes bathroom fittings , doors and the ACs . Bathroom towels provided were very old and not properly cleaned. The pool water was smokey and the pool towels were also dirty. Not properly maintained hotel and below average

The hotel is fantastic,very well maintained,with gorgeous view.The staff went out of their way to be as helpful and respectful as they could. The lunch and dinner were delicious with unique subtle flavors.the breakfast was good with interesting options. When we arrived ,we continued to receive excellent service.All the staff made our stay all the better extremely friendly and accommodating.Our room was very nice,clean and well maintained,great location. Excellent Wi-Fi access in the room and the lobby area,it was supper fast. Thank you so much for giving us a great experience.We will definitely stay there again if we return to Benthota. The people are very friendly and accommodating and we felt very safe.A real must for a trip

I was recently had the pleasure of staying at Oasey Beach Hotel ,and it exceeded all my expectation ! .From the breathtaking ocean views to the rooms and impeccable service ,every aspect of my stay was flawless.The hotel's amenities and dining option were top- notch. The hotel was nice and cleanand the food was very good,my room was specious and immaculately maintained by the staff,talking of which staff were wonderful very polite,helful and engaging and that goes for everyone from reception to pool attrndant etc. Wi-Fi in the room was very fast and it was very helpful to me.Not only in the room but also in the lobby area you can use WiFi with out any problem. Breakfast and dinner was awesome.It was an international menu. Great value for money that Ispent for my vacation.I will recommend Oasey Beach Hotel to everyone A truly unforgettable experience .

From the moment I arrived untill the moment I Left, I had another fantastic holiday at Oasey Beach Hotel. A beautiful hotel, with luxurious bedrooms and bathrooms, winderful resturant with delicious food, swimming pool and a lovely beach. However, what makes this place so special is the staff that lokked after me. Specailly wifi connection was high quality in the rooms and in a lobby area. Excellent value for money.

Overall experience was not good at all. The reception did not have our room reservation although it was confirmed by Booking.com. Reception said he has to call the manager!! it took 30 min to locate the manager!! The receptionist communicated to the manager our nationality and our religion over the phone which was weird !!!! unless the manager changes his behaviour according to people nationality and religion and that is what happened. Mr. Raja the manager was very rude and insisted that I have to pay additional 12$/night as service charge although otherwise he will not give us the room!!! It was very clear in my booking confirmation that room rate is inclusive all tax and SVC charge. It took another 30 min to convince Raja of this fact. Raja insisted that I pay for the full stay in advance which I did. Check-in took over one hour, no welcome, no apology, ...nothing. Hotel and rooms need major renovation. Poor breakfast with very limited options

Very nicely situated right on the beach with decent sized pool also. Rooms was spacious with large balcony.

Arrived at1.40pm for 2.00 pm check in during which time it was confirmed that I had booked and already paid for one of two nights to stay in the King size room. After a short wait we were taken to our room at 2.15pm. Unfortunately this was not the King size room that I had booked but the less expensive Deluxe room. I returned to the front desk to query this but was informed by the receptionist that yes it was a King size room and this was what I had booked! Luckily I had accessed the internet by this time and was able to get up the photos of the two types of room on Booking.com and show the difference. I was then told that if I wanted that type of room - a bed with mosquito nets - I would have to wait a further 2 hours. We eventually booked into our much larger suite at 4.30 pm No apologies were made in fact the receptionist seemed quite irritated by it all. I had booked this in January so was not all impressed

Location,staff amazing,beautiful srilankan foods cooked different every day,room clean and comfortable. We loved our stay and would definitely return value for money.

Hotel and pool is tired and in need for a lick of paint and some TLC but considering the situation in srilanka you are doing amazing.

Clean & neat, Awesome Breakfast, Friendly staff, Great location
