GBThe hotel is very well situated on the Scarborough coast, the staff are friendly.
Unfortunately the room we were in was lacking in standard: *The bed was uncomfortable. *The right hand curtain was stuck and could not be drawn.. *The shower room toilet roll holder was missing with just 2 screws sticking out of the wall. *The toilet itself was fixed close to the wall where the screws stuck out. *The shower room towel holder was missing with just 2 holes in the wall. The electrical sockets were fixed low down on the skirting boards - granted new builds do not allow such low fixtures due to potential fire risks but older buildings would benefit from improved electrics.

GBGBWe loved everything about our trip and over night stay in scarborough and we will ceratinly be booking this hotel again it was lovely and the views were stunning.
The only thing i didnt like is that you didnt get to speak to an actual person.
GBAmazing views and location, it is 5 mins walk to the beach and peasholm park. The room had binoculars for us to enjoy. Room is spacious and perfect for families, it was clean and the view from the window was just beautiful. The bar area is relaxed and comfortable with games to play. Plenty of milk and tea in the breakfast room! Having a cuppa and looking out at the views were incredible.
There was no body wash in the dispenser but then we also didn’t alert any one to ask for more
