Site exceptionnel, Resort excellent, Lieu pittoresque, Plage et paysage magnifique, Architecture à la hauteur en harmonie avec la Nature, Cuisine excellente, Personnel du restaurant Citron impeccable, au service des clients exigeants et profiter les conseils des serveurs soucieux des clients. J'ai beaucoup apprécié l'approche des jeunes serveurs HUNG et KHOAN lors de mon séjour avec ma femme. Bien sur je remercie tout le personnel de l'établissement.

Ce qui pourrait être amélioré: Accueil à l'aéroport en secteur Lounge, bien sur être averti avant l'avion arrive, Client en Business, transfert vers Hotel Resort 5-6 étoiles offert, par voiture de l'hotel, prestige de l'établissement Retour aéroport avec Lounge Peninsula fermé et personnel pas au courant. Sinon tout est parfait et très agréable le séjour, je recommande et je reviendrai.

We had a fantastic stay and felt genuinely well looked after. The room upgrade was a great start, but it was the attention to detail throughout the stay that really stood out. Hero Nguyen was a standout host, friendly, attentive, and always present when needed. He made the experience feel relaxed and personal. Our children were treated beautifully by the staff, which made travelling as a family much easier and more enjoyable. Special mention to Ivy at the nail salon and spa professional, calm, and excellent at what she does. Food across the resort was consistently very good. Thank you to Nguyen Tien Tai, Hero Nguyen, and the entire team. We’ll definitely be back.

Incredible location out of the city with plenty of foliage, a lovely large beach, and monkeys! A brief car ride via Grab takes you to the city museums with amazing sunset and city lights on the return trip. The resort is centrally located for day trips to Hue and Ho An. We loved the large and stunning pool and swam laps to our hearts content. Service is impeccable and the breakfast an immense delight.

The design and decor are a bit shocking at first but appropriate for the stunning locale.

This hotel is absolutely stunning. The design is exceptionally beautiful and truly unique—without a doubt, it is the most impressive and distinctive InterContinental property we have ever stayed at. Every detail feels thoughtfully curated, and the overall atmosphere is both elegant and welcoming. The service was excellent. We were very grateful to receive a room upgrade, which made our stay even more comfortable and memorable for our family. Our children especially loved the Kids Club. The space is beautifully designed, and the staff members who played with the kids were incredibly kind, patient, and engaging. It was clear that they genuinely cared about the children, which allowed us to relax and fully enjoy our stay. The Club Lounge team also deserves special recognition. Everyone was warm, friendly, and attentive. In particular, we would like to sincerely thank Laura, Adam, and Brandon from the Club Lounge. Laura was especially wonderful with our children—she went out of her way to take great care of them and offered extra help that made a huge difference for our family. Her kindness and attentiveness truly stood out. Overall, this was an outstanding stay. The combination of breathtaking design, thoughtful service, and genuine care for families made this experience truly unforgettable. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to others.
