InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort by IHG

Probably one of the best resort experiences I've ever had — and almost certainly the best family vacation we've taken in years. We visited as a family of four with kids aged 11 and 7, and every single one of us had an incredible time. Where do I even begin. The service is impeccable from the moment you arrive at check-in. The staff across every touchpoint — pools, restaurants, kids' club, gym — were warm, attentive, and genuinely wonderful. The food deserves its own paragraph: fresh ingredients, outstanding quality across every restaurant, and a breakfast buffet that alone is worth the stay. What makes this resort truly unique is its layout. A tram runs across four levels connecting the property down to a stunning private beach with calm waves — perfect for families. Beyond the beach, there's water sports, soccer, volleyball, archery, table tennis, a snooker/pool table, a dedicated kids' pool and kids' club (the staff there were fantastic), an adult pool, and a gym that holds its own against anything I've seen. We spent four full days and could easily have stayed a week. We stayed in a family ocean-view room — unreal. Didn't get to experience the villas this time, but that's reason enough to go back. One honest piece of feedback: the hotel website does not do this resort justice. The photos undersell it completely. If you're on the fence, ignore the website and just book it. My 7-year-old summed it up best: "Everything is awesome!" — hard to argue with that.

Stunning setting with excellent service. There is much to do in this hotel that there is no reason to even leave the resort. The beach and pool areas are wonderful and the restaurants are some of the best in Vietnam. And you get to see monkeys every day ! Proper 5 star ultra luxury resort with no faults. The property is also immaculately maintained. We went for the club package which I would highly recommend. Thanks to all the staff looking after us.

We went their for a daycation. The hotel is very beautiful, the staff are helpful and gentil. We would like to thank Mr. Duc reception who welcomed us warmly and realy tried his best to assist us. The hotel was super busy but all staff are attentive and greet us with great energy and a lovely smile. Highly recommend and we look forward to coming back.

This Hotel is a great Hotel however you really are isolated and food is very expensive. Club lounge is nice enough but have had better. Rooms very spotless and the breakfast grea. Don't think we will stay again because of the price for what you get. Staff great though but prefer the Pullman Da Nang which is better value and location and beach however no Club level if that is what you are after.

A wonderful journey at this 6-star resort. We had a 2-unit villa with two heated swimming pools. The foods are exceptional. I would rate the Ciitron as a 2-Michelin. The staffs are wonderfully friendly and caring. The service is impeccable. We can't expect fir more than what we git.

What an exceptional hotel. The entire staff are so amazing. Big thanks to Nick at the pool who has been so kind and helpful. I injured myself and he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy the entire time. But again, ALL STAFF, absolutely incredible. If you are considering staying here - just do it! You won’t regret it.

Hands down, the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The location, the comfort, the views, the service and the food is 5 star. Everything is perfect, but in particular I would call out the food & drink and the room. The patisserie is as good, if not better, than 5 star hotels in London & Paris, huge complements to the chefs, it was superb. The room was spacious & comfortable, with spectacular views over the bay, Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be back.

And to all the wonderful staff at the pool and beach—your attentiveness and positivity truly elevated our entire experience. Every moment felt special, and we’re leaving with the best memories.
