We had a wonderful visit last month. The staff at the lounge - Liu, Hannie, Brandon, Laura, Ruby, Adam and Nhat took great care of us throughout our stay. Additionally, Mochi our butler went to great lengths to ensure we had an amazing stay.

One of the best resort i have ever been to! The view the people were the kindest people i have ever met, especially at the kids club Uyen, Quynh, Thu they took good care of our kids, had so many activities. I would absolutely recommend this place 5 star!

This is an absolute jewel of a hotel in the most idyllic of settings. Everything is thought about by the hotel in trying to anticipate a guest’s requirements and needs. The restaurants and all superb with very accommodating staff and a wide variety of food and drinks on offer. Our room was beautifully appointed and had a hilltop view of the beach and sea. The neighbouring monkey clans who live in the trees around the resort, particularly the rare Red Hinged Doucs are fabulous to watch swing about. We were also lucky enough to have Club lounge access and the service here was always at a further notch up as well, with gorgeous food and incredible service from all the team. We were particularly lucky to be served by Adam on most of our evening stops. He was so very professional and polite and epitomised the level of excellence and quality we came to experience at this fabulous resort. We will definitely be back, and soon.

Environmental place so you can see lizards , insects and monkeys but you can tolerate it and the staff very helpful to make you comfortable

Every photo we have seen of this resort was breathtaking but nothing beats being there in person. From the moment we stepped into the open air lobby, greeted by a welcoming committee of hotel executives and reception, we were transported into a land of luxury and beauty. We were upgraded to a lovely corner suite by Nguyen Tien Hai, Director of Guest Services. Everything we needed and didn’t even know we needed was there, from the sumptuous beddings to the Diptyque toiletries to the beach bag to the lovely bookmarks they leave every night. Everything was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. We love Vietnamese cuisine, so we had most of our meals at Citron, starting breakfast. The selection was huge, with a variety of made to order Vietnamese and Western dishes. The pastries were much too tempting for our diet. Service was unsurpassed. We wish we could recognize everyone there, but we remember very fondly Cong Le, Trang Tran, Long Lam, and a gentleman whose name I forgot to note but whose photo I am posting. Awesome young man! We truly enjoyed the company of Ritchie Cris Jay Plaza, Director of Rooms. He greeted us by name whenever we encountered him and made us feel totally at home. His passion for luxury and service are unmatched. We also enjoyed our time at the Club Lounge. One of the servers, Chien Hoang (Adam), really pampered us every time we visited. He’s an asset to your hotel. Other employees who stood out to us were Huy Bui and the very informative and gracious naturalist who took us on a wonderful tour of the property. By the way this tour should not be missed - we learned so much about the property, flora and fauna including the beautiful monkeys that reside here. We truly can’t wait to come back. What a magical place.

From the time we arrived at the hotel and spent some time at the club lounge for cocktail hour, our experience was amazing thanks to the staff. The property speaks for itself. Situated on the cliffs of monkey bay, the views from the room and every part of the property was amazing! My wife and I were there for 4 nights and 5 days. We brought our golf clubs to experience golf’s finest courses in Southeast Asia. The staff took care of our golf clubs each time we needed it. We made reservations for dinner at Citron and La Maison 1888. Citron had amazing local cuisine with a modern twist. La Maison was an incredible fine dining experience with French influence and alcohol pairing at its finest. We cannot express our appreciation for a staff member that took care of us since the day we arrived, Adam. He took very good care of us and he always made great recommendations on drinks and food and he was spot on. We hape to visit the property again in the near future and hope Adam is there as well.
